Information about the role of the
Consumer Complaints Manager
at the Malta Financial Services Authority

This leaflet, sets out in question and answer format and available in Maltese and English, seeks to assist consumers should they wish to make a complaint against a financial entity. It contains important information about the role of the Complaints Manager and the extent to which consumers may be assisted by the MFSA if they are not satisfied with their financial entity’s response to their claims. Financial services providers are required to provide a copy of this leaflet to consumers who intend to file a complaint with them.
